We only collect the customer details required to process and fulfill your plant orders: full name, shipping address, Indian mobile number, and email address. We never store plain-text passwords or customer credit/debit card credentials.

2. Payment Security

All online digital payments (Cards, UPI, NetBanking) are processed directly through Razorpay's PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant secure payment gateway. PlantPuglu never has direct access to your card numbers, CVVs, or bank account credentials.

3. Communication & Privacy

Your phone number and email are exclusively used for order status updates, courier tracking, and plant care notifications. We do not sell or rent customer lists to third-party telemarketers.
