Shipping & Safe Transit Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Coverage: We ship nursery live plants, seeds, planters, fertilizers, and garden accessories to all serviceable Indian PIN codes across tier-1, tier-2, and tier-3 cities.

2. Processing & Dispatch: Because live plants are sensitive living organisms, orders placed from Monday to Thursday are dispatched within 24-48 hours. Orders placed over the weekend are hydrated and dispatched on Monday morning to avoid weekend holding in logistics hubs.

3. Shipping Charges:

  • Orders of ₹999 and above receive FREE Shipping across India.
  • Orders below ₹999 are charged a nominal flat shipping fee of ₹99.

4. Transit Packaging Guarantee: Plants are anchored using specialized soil-locking moss nets and enclosed in thick 5-ply corrugated breathable boxes with inner stabilizers to prevent shaking and leaf bruising.

5. Tracking: Once your consignment is dispatched, you will receive real-time SMS, WhatsApp, and email tracking links from our courier partners (DTDC, Delhivery, BlueDart).
